When Lauren and Chas were looking to adopt kittens, they came across posts from one foster mom who kept featuring a pair of kittens together. When the couple saw the two kittens, Sadie and Dottie, they immediately fell in love.

According to their foster mom, Sadie and Dottie had been close since they were first born, so it was perfect that the two siblings got to live together in their new forever home.
Their connection only grew when they arrived at Lauren and Chas’s home. They explored together, ate together, and played together. “Once we got them,” said Chas, “we realized they were pretty much inseparable.”

The two kittens also enjoyed serenading their humans whenever possible, especially when it was time for lunch. “One thing they love to do,” said Lauren, “is they get very squeaky.”
“They are vocal and talkative,” said Lauren. “I feel like they’re telling me, ‘Hurry up with the food, lady. Like, let’s go! I’m hungry.’ Even though they’ve just eaten a couple of hours ago!”

As Sadie and Dottie grew older, they continued to be close. Lauren and Chas often find the kittens snuggled up together or playing in the laundry hamper. “There’s plenty of times where they hide together,” said Lauren.
Even though Sadie and Dottie could be a bit of a handful, Lauren and Chas were so happy with their fur babies. “We can’t believe these are our cats and we actually got these two,” said Chas. “And they are perfect together.”
