For 11 years, a deer and a dog have been best friends. The deer is Buttons, who now has her own baby deer, and the dog is a golden retriever named G-Bro.
When Buttons had babies, she started to bring them over to meet G-Bro every year. He was very gentle with them, as if he was another mom. The babies enjoyed hanging out and playing with G-Bro.
Lorrie is the kind-hearted woman who rescued Buttons years ago. She knows they have a unique and special relationship, and it is a pleasure to watch them be together.
G-Bro especially loves being groomed by Buttons. He will sit around, and she will spend a lot of time cleaning him. On his face, the golden retriever would have the biggest smile.
When Buttons was first rescued, Lorrie’s goal was to make sure she would be wild and free and part of the family. She was able to achieve this with the help of G-Bro.
In the morning, Buttons would be at the front door waiting for G-Bro to come out of the house and play. They are genuinely an inseparable pair with an amazing bond.
Their favorite activity to do together is to go hiking and playing in the snow. Even if Buttons doesn’t live with them, she doesn’t miss the chance to come and visit her best friend.
