Chana and Sai Thong are two elephant sisters who grew up together and reunited recently after being separated for several years. They saw each other once again at Elephant Nature Park.

Many years ago, the pair of elephants used to sell bananas and sugar canes together in all the places they were permitted to enter. Unfortunately, one day Chana broke her hind leg by accident.
A team of veterinarians went out to help Chana and tend to her injury. The treatment took around 4 to 5 months, and she had to be taken to the Elephant Nature Park for her recovery.

When Chana left, Sai Thong was left alone, and the sisters were separated. They were reunited only recently and were overjoyed to see each other. Chana and Sai Thong stuck together once again.
It was a gorgeous sunny day at the park, and the elephants were cooling down in a puddle. They were muddy and playing with their trunks and tails.

Sai Thong was part of the park family, and Chana was happy to have her sister there. Chana’s leg was better, and she never left Sai Thong’s side. The elephants moved as one.
They played and bathed in the river of their sanctuary. Blue skies stretched behind hills covered with thick forest canopies, and the elephants made noises of joy.
