Zach and Brittny have a son named Hudson. Their family also has two dogs. Hudson is a toddler, so that’s already a lot to keep up with for both parents.
One day, Brittny was walking Hudson in his stroller. They both hear a “mew mew” coming from the sewer. Bravely, Brittny climbs down into the sewer and finds a cold, wet, scared kitten.
Brittny scoops him up. She said she and her husband are not cat people and never dreamed of owning a feline. Their two dogs were enough for them.
But Hudson heard and saw the kitten, so Brittny said what most parents would say in that situation: “Well, I guess we have a cat now.”
Even though Zach and Brittny didn’t care for cats before, once they brought the sewer kitty into their home, the cat’s mewing and pouncing around was so cute. They happily agreed to keep him.
Thankfully, their two big dogs were also smitten with the cat. Frankie took on the nurturing role and licked the kitten clean right away. Echo decided to be best friends and wants to play constantly.
Hudson is an energetic kid, so it’s good that the kitten, which they named Tuna, is growing up with big dog brothers. Now when Hudson sends Tuna down the slide or gives him a ride in the wagon, Tuna just gears up for the next adventure.
