While out on a boat ride, a family heard a fawn in the water, and they rescued him. One of the family members says that it was like they were saving Bambi.
It was a clear and sunny day out on the river, and the cries of the baby deer filled the air. They steered the boat close, and one man jumped into the water.
He swam toward the fawn, and the terrified animal was trying to swim away from his rescuer. The current was too strong for the baby deer who was trying to get back to shore.
On the boat, a dog named Roscoe was looking at the deer with curiosity and excitement. The family was worried and made sure that Roscoe was tied up at the front of the boat so he wouldn’t startle the deer.
The man in the water finally managed to grab hold of the fawn who was trying to wriggle himself free. After some time, they lifted the deer onto the boat.
Roscoe is kept far from the shivering fawn. The baby deer is soaking wet, and they dry him up with a towel as they drive closer to the shore.
The fawn continues to cry, and once they get close to land, one of the people carries the baby deer off the boat. Once the fawn feels his feet on the ground, he runs into the wilderness.
