Having a newborn baby in the house can invite a lot of big emotions. There can be joy, confusion, excitement, and sometimes, even worry. However, Millie, the Husky, is here to assure mom that everything will be all right.
Daisy is a new baby girl, and ever since she’s come home from the hospital, Millie, her family’s dog, has refused to leave her side. Millie lies beside Daisy and showers her with affection.
Daisy’s mom has to curb the attention a little bit as Millie really wants to lick baby Daisy all over. The Husky is disappointed that she can’t treat Daisy like one of her puppies.

Daisy doesn’t seem bothered by Millie’s closeness at all. She goes in and out of sleep as they spend the afternoon on the bed. Even Millie’s kisses don’t make Daisy cry or push the pup away.
It’s clear that Millie feels a powerful attachment to the baby. She never closes her eyes while lying next to Daisy. The dog remains alert and ready to help Daisy in any way.
Daisy will now grow up with a fierce protector by her side. She’ll always know what it’s like to have an animal who loves her. When Millie’s around, she’ll be safe and loved.
