If you love animals and you love Yoga, then Goat Yoga is an excellent exercise for you. Baby goats roam around the yogis, sometimes climb them and enjoy cuddles that they get.

Yoga is a great way to get and stay fit. It involves stretching and holding certain poses, which are called asanas. Yoga helps to relieve stress-induced aches and pains, strengthens the core of the body, and tones the muscles in a gentle way. Yoga is thought to have originated in the Indus Valley civilization in India, around 3000 B.C.

Since then, Yoga, used by Hindus to meditate, has spread all over the world and is now a popular way to exercise. The latest trend is called Goat Yoga. In the video, Yogis gather at Garfield Park Conservatory, Chicago in July, and enjoy Yoga while baby goats climb off and on them. They can then take a walk through the conservatory and see the wildlife.

The Yoga program on the farm runs for one hour in the company of the baby goats, which give the yogis massages, enjoy nibbling their hair, and getting lots of cuddles. In the meantime, the goats enjoy climbing the participants. Sometimes one or more animals climb on a person, making the Yoga a tiny bit challenging. Overall it is an enjoyable experience.
