After this poor dog Zeke came back from an appointment at the vets office. Being allergic to certain grasses, he broke out in hives and they gave him steroid and benadryl shots which made him a little sleepy headed. 🙂
Seeing that his friend needed comforting the family cat, Winston, jumped up to the couch with Zeke.
Winston laid on top of Zeke as in an effort to keep him warm then proceeded to start to lick him in an effort to comfort him. Zeke just laid there are the cat did this, but its obvious that the little cats support was appreciated none the less. Winston proved that even in the animal kingdom we know when someone is sick or in need of comforting. He certainly was there when Zeke needed it.
