While many of us treasure and care for our fur babies, there are still some unsavory people who abandon and leave their little ones to fend for themselves on the street. Fortunately, there are people like this man who will give these lovable animals a new, loving home.
That man lived in South Africa and was on his way home one night when he heard pained whimpers coming from an alley. When he went to investigate, he found a sad puppy squirming and whining on the side of the road.
The man knew the lonely pup would not survive another night on the streets. After giving the puppy a meal, the man opened his heart and home to the little one.
The moment the puppy arrived at his new home, his new fur siblings bombarded him with attention. An adorable black puppy and ginger cat sniffed the newcomer and gave him kisses to let him know it would be alright.
At first, the poor, stray puppy did not know how to handle all this new attention. The stray shivered with fear and confusion as his new siblings introduced themselves to him.
After a little while, the man let him have some alone time to settle into his new home, but the puppy continued to whine as if mourning the family he had lost. But the black puppy would not let the stray suffer alone.
Not long after, the ginger cat joined the rest of the family, cuddling the little one and making sure he knew he was part of the family now. And thanks to the cat and dog and this loving man, the puppy finally stopped crying.
