When A Moose And Her Baby Reach A Road, The Baby Doesn’t Want To Cross

A mother moose and her baby were walking toward a roadway. A passing motorist noticed they seemed to be crossing, so stopped their car and took some footage. The baby Moose is too scared to cross, so is mother patiently works with him until he clomps across the pavement successfully.

Living next to the conveniences of modern mankind must be challenging for wild animals. Just look at this Moose and her baby calf for instance, who must cross a roadway on their way from a field into the forest. The mother has no problem with the asphalt, but the baby is too scared to cross.

It takes a lot of effort on the part of the mother, as well as the motorists backing up their cars to give the baby space, but he eventually works up the nerve to climb up onto the road. He doesn’t like the feel of the hard pavement beneath his hooves though and awkwardly clomps across toward the shelter of the trees.
