Panther and Rottweiler siblings love playing in the snow with mom

When fresh snow covers the ground, it is the perfect time to play. But while some families might be outside playing with their little ones, this family decided to play with their Rottweiler and panther.

Luna, the panther, lived in Siberia in a zoo when her adoptive mother first found her. Her biological mother refused to feed her as a young cub, and her prognosis was bleak.

Having cared for big cats before, Luna’s adoptive mother stepped in, feeding the big cat all the vitamins and food she needed to grow big and strong. What she had not expected was that the cat would become a part of her family.

When it came time for Luna’s mom to send her back to the zoo, she realized she could not do it. She loved Luna too much, and she knew she could continue to provide the care the panther needed.

Luna got to know the Rottweiler Venza and an adorable friendship bloomed between the two. After that, the decision was clear. Luna was not going anywhere. She joined the family for good.

Thanks to Luna’s mother’s caring heart, we get to watch this adorable family running and playing in the forest. Luna and Venza romp and play and race through the snow.

But it was clear the love in this family was not one-sided. Even when Luna pounced on her mom and knocked her over, the panther was quick to nuzzle into her like the adorable big cat she was.
