It’s officially Fall again, and that can only mean three things: Everything tastes like pumpkin spice; Walmart has their Christmas stuff out, and no freshly-raked pile of leaves is safe from any free spirit.
“I just had just finished raking leaves, when Butch decided to help,” writes Ogden, Utah, resident Kent Petersen, referring to the Siberian Husky you see galloping through a huge pile of leaves.
This has got to be one of the happiest videos ever, not only because of Butch’s joy but because it’s proof that some of the best things in life are free. So that’s what pure happiness looks like, and it is contagious!
Butch couldn’t possibly be more joyful, playing at full speed in an enormous pile of autumn leaves. It makes the little kid in us want to join him. He keeps going back for more, running in and out of the pile and bouncing around like a happy bunny!
Remember how much you loved jumping through a pile of leaves when you were a kid? It was certainly worth the extra work just for the sheer joy of it. I think we can all learn a lot from Butch. Live free and play hard.
