Rare Monarch Butterfly Swarm Footage From Breathtaking POV of Flying Hummingbird Drone

The television channel PBS is known for two things: wholesome children’s cartoons and breathtaking nature shows. On an episode of Nature, PBS released a clip from “Spy in the Wild” that showcases what the world looks like from a hummingbird’s point of view.

The hummingbird drone that is in this video was flying deep in the mountains of Mexico. This piece of technology is a drone camera that looks just like a hummingbird to help blend in and get exclusive footage of nature.

As the video begins, we see the lush forest where a plethora of wild animals lives. There are millions of Monarch butterflies huddling together to keep warm. As the temperatures continue to rise, the beautiful butterflies start to trickle out of the swarm and fly off.

The result is a breathtaking spectacle that is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. It’s truly a special moment to be able to be a part of nature from a hummingbird’s point of view. I hope Nature makes more episodes like this one in the future.
