Most of the time, dog rescuers have to venture out to rescue fur babies from their lives on the streets, but at a dog rescue shelter in Mladenovac, Serbia, the stray puppies came to them.
For the volunteers and workers, it seemed like it would be another regular day at the shelter, but when they went outside, they found a box with a special surprise waiting outside for them.
Inside the box were seven adorable puppies. With no sign of where the puppies had come from, one caretaker immediately went to work. He checked each of the puppies, making sure they were healthy and unhurt.
Once he saw that the puppies were healthy, he brought the box and the puppies into his car to take them to a loving foster home where they can receive the care and attention they needed.
The puppies were only five weeks old, meaning they had been separated from their mother before they were ready. Their new foster mom had to feed the puppies every three hours, but she was determined to see them through.
At their foster home, the puppies were warm and fed, and they even got new toys to play with while they were with their foster mom. Thanks to their foster mom’s continued work, they were eventually ready to move on to their forever homes.
Not long after their foster mom nursed them back to health, all seven puppies found happy and loving forever homes. None of these adorable puppies will be left alone again.
