The following video shares with you a beautiful new rescue from our very own Eldad and Hope For Paws. Eldad’s establishment has been trying their hardest to support and rescue the poor animals suffering on streets and in shelters. They received a call one day about a homeless dog living in a hospital parking lot. Some attempts to catch her failed, but they didn’t give up, and their persistence paid off.
The poor dog was really afraid and nervous when Eldad tried to sneak up from behind and grab her. She tried to run away, but finally she trusted him enough to pet her. Eldad let her run on the lead for some time through the parking lot while he followed her, and eventually she stopped. He’s amazing with these animals. Every time I watch him, I am more and more impressed.
He got her out of the parking lot and to safety. By the time he gets her to the center and into the bathtub, she’s in love with Eldad. She’s calm and wants to be very close to him during her bath. It’s so sweet. All of these dogs seem to quickly sense that Eldad is going to help them. And this little girl is so cute with the sweetest eyes that look trustingly at Eldad.
Eldad took her home with him to help her learn to trust again. Thanks to him and his amazing organization, Oakley the dog doesn’t have to be alone anymore and she also has a chance for a loving forever home.
