This animal rescue story is one of the most shocking I’ve seen, but it’s definitely worth the watch. It’s always incredible to see awesome acts of kindness being done by selfless people, and in this video, you’ll see one truly brilliant act of love. Kelsey and her mom were driving on their way to a meeting, and fate marked its way when Mom took a different route from the usual one.
As they kept going on the new way, Kelsey saw a strange animal lying on the side of the street. She urged her mom to stop and check him out, in fear that he might not be alright, and what they found was truly shocking. They saw a starving abandoned horse who was on the verge of death, and seeing that the poor animal had been left to her luck in such horrible conditions, they did something that will fill you with joy.
Not only did they stop and help the horse, but when Kelsey realized that the horse wasn’t getting inside their truck anytime soon, she took the matter into her own hands and decided to walk all the way home from there—a feat that took 4 hours! She walked 9 miles along with the horse to take him to safety and give him the care he deserves.
