One of the most tragic things that can happen in a family is to have your pet run away. That was certainly the case when this little boy lost his adorable Pitbull. Fortunately, this story has a happy ending.
When this family’s sweet dog went missing, they immediately put out a $1,000 reward for his safe return. “This dog is like our child, and we miss him so much,” they wrote on the flyers.
And you can see just how much this little boy loved his pup in the photos they showed. This child spent all his time with his canine best friend, cuddling with him on the swing and playing with him.
For two months, it did not look like their pitbull would be coming home, but suddenly, they were surprised when he returned. The video captures the moment that this young boy saw his best friend again.
The boy fell to his knees and embraced the pitbull, and the boy was not the only one excited. The pittie was an energetic bundle of energy, running around the room and licking his boy’s face.
And when the boy started to cry, his best bud was right there beside him, comforting him with kisses. While this emotional young boy let out his emotions, his dog snuggled into his lap.
There is a reason we call dogs “man’s best friend.” Love and affection is a two-way street, and it is clear that for this Pitbull and his boy, the adoration is mutual.
