When That Baby Lion Approaches That Dog, You Won’t Be Expecting THIS To Happen! WHOA!

Over the years I have seen a lot of odd but heartwarming friendships. The video below features one of them. Honey the dog and Kwanza the white lion cub are the best of friends. The little lion’s mother was rearing him originally, but then she stopped producing milk. That is why Kwanza was hand raised by the owners at Darling Downs Zoo.

During his stay there, this adorable cub established an unbelievable bond with the zoo dog, Honey. These cute animals are known to spend their time exploring, wrestling and playing together. Kwanza is just four months old, but according to his owners, he is very robust and energetic. These unlikely friends are going to melt your heart for sure!

In this clip, Kwanza and Honey are meeting up for a playdate, which is every day, by the way. At first, they are both quite curious about the camera, and then Honey seems to forget about it and only has eyes for Kwanza. Kwanza is an adorable white tiger who is about the same size as Honey, so she can definitely hold her own against this playful dog.

Honey seems even more interested in playing than the tiger cub, and she seems particularly interested in the cub’s ears. It’s so cute to watch these two unlikely friends play together. I think they could be friends for life.
