This Silverback Mountain gorilla knows how to be an awesome dad. He’s raising his kids as any other great parent would.
The Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is home to many animals. One of those species is the Silverback Mountain gorilla. They are giants and rule the jungle like no other animal on Earth.
But for one alpha gorilla, it seems like he has unlimited patience. Especially when his young gorilla brood is jumping on him, swinging off of him, and using him as a ‘plaything’.
Notice how the young gorillas are using him like a drum and jumping off of him. He doesn’t get angry in the slightest.
And it is for this reason why he might be an excellent parent compared to any of us. That’s not to say that we don’t have a good level of patience.
But good on this dad for not being phased in the slightest. He is simply letting kids be kids.
