When Desy at Bali Paws first found the puppy, Lenny, on the street, he was small, scared and missing most of his fur. But as she wrapped a blanket around him, she made him a promise. “You’ll look pretty in no time, okay?” she said.
Lenny immediately bonded with his foster mom, and Desy showed Lenny all the love the dog deserved. She played with him and gave her kisses even when he tried to play rough with her.
As time passed, Lenny’s fur began to grow back, but he recovered on the inside, too. He became happier and more confident with each passing day that he spent in Desy’s care.
It was a day of mixed emotions when Lenny found his forever home, but Desy knew it was time for him to go. Wiping away her tears, Desy brought him to his new home.
At his forever home, Lenny gained a new canine sibling and a loving father. His home was perfect for him, a big farm with all the room and love Lenny could ask for. Some days, he even got to ride with his dad in the tractor.
And his coat never looked better. Even after getting neutered, Lenny was full of joy as he pranced around the farm. He had gone from being naked on the street to fluffy and content.
It had been quite a journey that brought him to his new home, but thanks to Desy, Bali Paws and his new dad, Lenny had a bright future ahead of him.
